I placed an order in December 2025 and quickly recognized it was a mistake. The company initially proposed an extra item instead of processing a return. I accepted the offer but then received no further communication. I never received my original order — I spent $130 and got nothing. Several emails and messages went unanswered, and their supposed 'no questions asked' refund policy was entirely disregarded. I am extremely dissatisfied with their customer service.
