I ordered riding boots for my daughter, and they took 11 days to arrive, missing Christmas. Upon opening, the quality was quite poor and definitely not safe for riding. I requested a refund and was given an address in another country to return them at my own cost. This contradicts the service's stated return policy about sending items to a different location with full refunds in 10 days. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. The company’s response is misleading; they already have all my details, and I've contacted them several times. I recommend avoiding this seller.
