Avoid this seller! The products are of terrible quality, and the customer service is lacking. The item felt very cheap, made of stiff polyester that created static when trying it on. The description claimed 'silky material,' but it didn’t mention it was 100% polyester and looked nothing like the photos. You would never buy this if you saw it in a store. Delivery was also slow, and returns must be sent to another country at your own expense, despite the company being based elsewhere. I regret not checking reviews and wish I had saved myself the trouble and disappointment.
Terrible quality and service. I purchased a jacket at the end of November for Christmas, but it was far too small, made of cheap fabric, and of very poor quality. I couldn't return it since the return window was only 30 days, and they ignored the holiday timing. They also refused to honor their original offer of a 25% refund while keeping the product due to the 30-day return policy. The products and customer service are shockingly bad! Avoid at all costs!
