This is the second time I've had a dreadful experience with this store. I ordered a dress for over $400, but there was nothing on the website about an additional $200-220 duty fee to import it. I ordered from another brand and only paid 2-3 bucks in duty. The customer service is absolutely terrible; I tried to reach them via chat and received no response. They even deleted my comment and took no responsibility. If you're considering buying from this brand, be prepared for outrageous duty fees. Never again.
