This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I've encountered. I ordered a dress during a sale, and despite the website stating the model was 170cm wearing size S, the dress I received was tiny and completely unwearable. I contacted them within 24 hours, but they refused my return, claiming I was beyond the 7-day window. How can anyone meet such a short return timeframe for international orders? I also had to pay over $180 in duties for an item that doesn't fit due to misleading information. Customer service was slow and dismissive. I deeply regret purchasing from this brand and would not recommend it.
