I had a very disappointing experience with this store. I placed an order and tried to cancel it on the same day, but I didn’t receive confirmation for over two weeks. Finally, they emailed me to say the order was cancelled, but my refund still hasn’t been processed. It’s incredibly frustrating to have money taken without communication, no product, and no timely refund. I’ve had to follow up multiple times with no resolution. This service is unacceptable, and I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them.
