Awful. The company sent me a faulty dress and against their own policy, I needed to send it back with my own money. After more than a month of dragging me and finally not responding to my emails, I’ve filed a dispute and suddenly they got back to me saying that they will reimburse the shipping fee as agreed previously. Now they respond to my emails that the refund was issued and I need to wait just a couple more days. Until now, of course, no refund whatsoever. Please beware.! And they suddenly also change their name,before it was lobbster.com.
