DON'T EVER USE THIS WEBSITE! DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM IT! THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!I would have given minus 1 star if it was an option. I ordered men's cashmere jumper in size L. It took three weeks for it to arrive instead of promised 5 working days. There was no communication at all! I tried to ring the number to chase my order provided on the website. It didn't exist! I was told the number was incorrect and didn't exist! I sent an email asking for a refund as my order still hadn't arrived and there was no response. Eventually my order arrived after 3 weeks only to find that a men's jumper was more of a boy's jumper age 8-9 years old and there was no hint of cashmere in it. Maybe it was stored next to cashmere in the factory but the quality was awful. To make things worse they refused to refund my money and kept saying they would only partially refund it or replace it with another item. After sending emails back and forward and fighting for my consumers ' rights I called my bank and asked to refund my purchase. Luckily, I was granted my request and got my money back without sending the jumper back. Please be aware even though it says on the website they'll provide a return label IT'S A LIE! the company is based in China so it's gonna cost you £25 in shipping if you were to return it yourself. Stay away from this website! DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!
