AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COSTS! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I would have rated it lower if possible. I ordered a men's cashmere jumper in size L, and it took three weeks to arrive instead of the promised 5 working days. There was no communication whatsoever! I tried to call the number listed on the website to check my order, but it was nonexistent! I was informed that the number was incorrect. I emailed to request a refund since my order hadn't arrived, but received no reply. Eventually, the order arrived after three weeks, only to discover that the men's jumper was more suited for an 8-9 year old, and there was no sign of cashmere. The quality was terrible. To make matters worse, they refused to refund my money, insisting on only a partial refund or a replacement. After numerous emails and fighting for my consumer rights, I contacted my bank and successfully requested a refund without having to return the jumper. Be aware that despite claims on the website about providing a return label, it's false! The company is based in another country, so returning it yourself would cost you £25 in shipping. Steer clear of this website! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
This seller is a scam. I ordered a coat, and what I received was completely different from what I had ordered. When I contacted them via email for a refund, they attempted to offer me a partial refund! Their website states that if you receive the wrong item, you will be refunded in full. They also insisted that I pay for a return label, despite claiming on their site that they provide a prepaid label. I had to remind them of their own policies multiple times, and they kept offering partial refunds. They eventually suggested sending a replacement but wanted me to cover the courier fees! This operation is a complete scam; I initiated a chargeback with my bank and informed the support team, which finally led to a full refund. Make sure to notify your bank if you encounter issues with this seller; persistence will get your money back! They are a joke!
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. SCAM! If I could give this a zero rating, I would. The items do not match their advertisements. They promote a jacket as lamb's wool, but when it arrives, you find it is labeled as 100% polyester (in Chinese). THEY REFUSE TO REFUND YOU. They only offer a 50% refund if you keep the item and will not change their stance. THE QUALITY IS TERRIBLE, not worth your time or money. DELIVERY TOOK 5 WEEKS FROM CHINA, while their site claims 3-8 business days. DON'T BE FOOLED. They are not based in the Netherlands; everything ships from China.
Beware of this seller! They drop-ship items from China to the UK, which is why delivery times are misleadingly long. They claimed in response to my email that they have various fulfillment centers, which was untrue. The coat I received was nothing like what was advertised. It was of poor quality, fit badly, and the material felt cheap. When I tried to return it, they only offered a small partial refund and refused to accept a return for the full amount. Eventually, I filed a claim with my bank and received a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!
I ordered a body warmer for my partner and, after reading the reviews, felt a bit skeptical. I made the mistake of reading the reviews after placing my order! I was pleasantly surprised when my order arrived; it was of excellent quality and matched the photos. The only issue was that it was too small for my partner. Customer service informed me that I could keep the original and they would send a larger size at no extra cost, just requiring a £7 delivery fee, which I was fine with. However, when the new body warmer arrived, it was completely different from the original. It was cheap, thin, and hardly worth £5, let alone the £40 advertised on the website. I will not be ordering from them again.
