This seller is a scam. I ordered a coat, and what I received was completely different from what I had ordered. When I contacted them via email for a refund, they attempted to offer me a partial refund! Their website states that if you receive the wrong item, you will be refunded in full. They also insisted that I pay for a return label, despite claiming on their site that they provide a prepaid label. I had to remind them of their own policies multiple times, and they kept offering partial refunds. They eventually suggested sending a replacement but wanted me to cover the courier fees! This operation is a complete scam; I initiated a chargeback with my bank and informed the support team, which finally led to a full refund. Make sure to notify your bank if you encounter issues with this seller; persistence will get your money back! They are a joke!
