They promote a jacket as lamb's wool, but when it arrives, you find it is labeled as 100% polyester (in Chinese). THEY REFUSE TO REFUND YOU. They only offer a 50% refund if you keep the item and will not change their stance. THE QUALITY IS TERRIBLE, not worth your time or money. DELIVERY TOOK 5 WEEKS FROM CHINA, while their site claims 3-8 business days. DON'T BE FOOLED. They are not based in the Netherlands; everything ships from China.
