No email confirmation received after placing order. Not registered on Companies House even though states only ship in UK. No response to email chasing confirmation. Phone number on site for Customer Support is a non-working mobile. Address on site is a block of council flats... turns out they are in China...see belowFurther update - the customer service team contacted me and advised I did not place order but order value showing as pending on my credit card. I sent a snip of my credit card payment and they said it was a system error and no order placed. Chased them advising amount now came out of my account. They eventually advised error at their end and stated I had not entered my email which I am pretty sure I had. I asked them to cancel order. Few days later they advised too late to cancel. Few weeks later chased them for tracking. A few more days boots arrived in wrong size and poor quality - do not believe leather as described on their site. Contacted them to return, they advised had to return to CHINA even though they show UK address on site but offered me money to keep boots (just over half of what I paid) - back and forth with them and they will not give me a full refund, want to keep almost £13 of my order. Now speaking to my credit card company raising a dispute - do not touch this company, you will be disappointed.
