The 3 jackets (£111.68) were unwearable: plastic-like, non-breathable fabric, inconsistent cut, and sizing wildly off — 1×2XL and 2×3XL didn’t fit a UK 10–12 (Medium).Returns process was obstructive. I asked to cancel on 19 Oct while the parcel was in transit. From receipt of goods I repeatedly requested a prepaid return label and a written returns address, set clear deadlines. The company ignored these requests, asked for extra photos, and pushed 50% then 85% partial refunds instead of issuing a label. They later said return postage was my responsibility, which contradicts their own website policy/terms promising a prepaid label and free returns.Trading details were also misleading. At purchase the site showed a UK flat address and a UK phone number that didn’t connect; mid-complaint the website switched to a Netherlands company and a different phone number that still nobody answers to.Status: I have opened a transaction dispute with my bank and reported the company to Action Fraud and Trading Standards as suspected fraud, given the number of similar reviews describing the same pattern. I encourate others to do the same.
