AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COSTS! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I would have rated it lower if possible. I ordered a men's cashmere jumper in size L, and it took three weeks to arrive instead of the promised 5 working days. There was no communication whatsoever! I tried to call the number listed on the website to check my order, but it was nonexistent! I was informed that the number was incorrect. I emailed to request a refund since my order hadn't arrived, but received no reply. Eventually, the order arrived after three weeks, only to discover that the men's jumper was more suited for an 8-9 year old, and there was no sign of cashmere. The quality was terrible. To make matters worse, they refused to refund my money, insisting on only a partial refund or a replacement. After numerous emails and fighting for my consumer rights, I contacted my bank and successfully requested a refund without having to return the jumper. Be aware that despite claims on the website about providing a return label, it's false! The company is based in another country, so returning it yourself would cost you £25 in shipping. Steer clear of this website! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
