Worst company ever used
Firstly they constantly make false promises never trust anything they say
While at work they randomly cancelled my card causing me to be stranded for 4 days and having to be hospitalised as I had no way to get home , and I’m disabled and couldn’t walk that far
After telling them this multiple times they said they would post me my new card ??? Whenever I raise a complaint it is never logged correctly and always says already resolved and is never about what the complaint was supposed to be about
The worst thing they have done was because I was disputing a charge in my account I did not make and told them I can’t afford it either because I was homeless and disabled
They filled a false police report about me saying I had threatened them and to unalivw myself / self harm
This has been a insane experience and the worst company I’ve ever come across
