In submitting my complaint- i just discovered MOO is not listed with the Better I will not know if this idiot will fix this order so I will have my student name tags and business cards at the most important time of my small company. Thanks Alex Liney go find a replacement for your position with Business Development. You need to learn how to manage customers with service.

BTW MOO is Not listed with the Better Business Bureau. Now it makes more sense.

On March 15 or 16th I reached out to establish a special business account with Moo. However, I spoke to a gal that was not my primary contact. Alex Liney was assigned to me so I waited for him. Meanwhile I was editing my cards to be ready for a series of classes I am teaching in Las Vegas on April 15-19th. So Alex confirmed the 18 or 19th my order. I spent $480 plus $100 for premium service. However on April 6th after not receiving a notification I sent Alex and email. He checked and found my order sitting at the “docks” then arranged to send yesterday. Unfortunately I won’t be here but at the venue where I was hoping to showcase my business. But I am unable because this company can’t seem to get it together. I have had numerous issues. Projects don’t save so it is necessary to redo or only do in Chrome not in Safari. Then going back to see my feedback if you want to reorder you can’t edit your content. I have been a customer for 4-5 years but the moment I paid for a premium subscription service was treated with no level of support that warrants the charge. If you are a small business and want to get treated well look elsewhere. The NY Times has listed 3 other companies that excel in this industry. The recommend JukeBox and Impress. Guess where I am headed (besides Las Vegas? Yes to any other of these).
