What made my experience great was I have never ordered business cards before I'm in the beginning stages of a startup of a dream and being able to design and have that idea come to life and in my hand through this company was an amazing experience from conception to delivery I can't remember the last time I was this excited and it's making my dream come true being able to hand over a product of my design with my logo and words on it and having it be so well received I never could have imagined that was possible and as easy to do as it was through moo.
Placed an order two weeks ago for silver foiled cards. (Which is crazy considering canva can get you cards in two days and this is a company that specializes in this.) After the promised date of last Wednesday, I noticed by order was still being “packed”. I called and spoke to a man named Mark who assured me that the cards would be sent out Thursday or Friday and that I would receive a notification for shipping. I explained that Monday ( over two weeks after I ordered) was the event I needed cards for. Thursday and Friday both happened and when I called again to see where my order was, a team member very quickly said “I will message the team on slack and get you a confirmation to your email shortly.” Crickets. Heard nothing and cards are still being packed. I cannot trust this company to print cards out and that’s what they specialize in. Bad experience and has me now spending more money to get cards printed elsewhere for my event on Monday.
This is our favorite printing destination for items like business cards and stickers. Each time we hand out a business card, we receive compliments about the quality of the paper and the ability to include information on one side and a graphic on the other. (Why not utilize all the available space?) Anyway, kudos to the service, you all are amazing.
I have been using a certain service to print business cards since 2023, but this was my first experience needing to quickly change a design file (after the initial period). The representative was incredibly helpful, and the order was paused and modified within just 5 minutes. I would confidently recommend this service, as it saved my company significant costs by avoiding a reprint.
This place is fantastic! I've been utilizing their exceptional printing services for many years now, even prior to their expansion in the country, and my recent postcards turned out absolutely stunning! I opted for the Luxe Postcards, made of 32 pt. paper, which is beautifully textured and impressively thick. It's rare to find such thickness in a postcard or business card. Truly beautiful - outstanding quality, great and secure shipping, exceptionally well-packaged, arrived punctually, and their customer support is absolutely top-notch! This company is dependable and trustworthy. They truly go above and beyond!! A very professional company. My photography instructor in France is also familiar with and appreciates their services! Just don't expect them to be the most affordable option out there. Their remarkable quality certainly justifies the pricing.
I recently ordered some custom business cards and realized after they arrived that the text on the back was too small to read clearly – entirely my oversight, as I had designed and uploaded the files myself. I reached out to the customer support team for guidance, and they were outstanding. A representative promptly explained the issue, provided clear instructions to help me improve the design, and arranged a complimentary reprint once I updated the files. Additionally, the reprinted cards were produced and delivered incredibly fast, just in time for an event I was hosting that week. The new cards look fantastic – crisp, readable, and exactly what I envisioned from the start. I’m truly impressed with both the print quality and the level of service. The company turned what could have been a stressful situation into a very positive experience. I would gladly use them again and recommend them to others.
I had heard great things about the company. Unfortunately, my experience was not reflective of that. I ordered matted square cards with a gloss effect, but the cards arrived without any gloss. When I inquired, they stated it was my mistake for making the spot gloss file white, yet there were no tutorials or guidelines provided. I asked if they conduct quality checks, as that should have caught the error before shipping. They informed me they do not due to mass production. They offered to reprint, but the arrival would be weeks after my needed date, with no expedited shipping option. They suggested a small credit for the order, which I declined, not wanting a repeat of this experience. They continued to push the credit as a resolution, leading me to delete my account. Their customer service left me feeling disregarded and invalidated, and I cannot support a company that treats its customers this way.
I was designing unique Christmas cards from original watercolor paintings and had no idea where to start. The assistance and advice I received via email from a representative were absolutely fantastic; I couldn't have asked for more. Thank you.
