I had a very disappointing experience with customer service. I reached out to them four times regarding my order, which was confirmed, and I have the confirmation number along with the charge on my credit card. Unfortunately, I never received any response, not even to inform me that the item was out of stock or to process a refund. They are quick to respond when a negative review is posted, asking for clarification, but I never heard back from them, not even in my spam or alternative email accounts. Save your money and look for other places to purchase colored contacts.
