Ordered two lenses, received none.
This is the second time I’ve had problems with an order from this company. The first order arrived, the second order had a missing lens, and now my most recent order arrived with none of the lenses at all. I only received the contact lens solutions and a cleaner.
Each lens cost $48, and I genuinely needed them, so this has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. Due to these repeated issues, I won’t be ordering again. I’m still waiting for a refund for the lenses I never received.
I’ve been a customer since 2020 and the customer service has consistently been outstanding. They are very communicative and quite responsive, which I believe is their strong suit. Recently, I ordered another pair of lenses and had to wait nearly 4 months due to shipping delays. It’s a long story, but my point is that I only received my order after contacting the customer support team. Regardless, I am satisfied with the service!
I had a very disappointing experience with customer service. I reached out to them four times regarding my order, which was confirmed, and I have the confirmation number along with the charge on my credit card. Unfortunately, I never received any response, not even to inform me that the item was out of stock or to process a refund. They are quick to respond when a negative review is posted, asking for clarification, but I never heard back from them, not even in my spam or alternative email accounts. Save your money and look for other places to purchase colored contacts.
After an extensive search for a trustworthy contact lens brand, I was delighted to come across a certain company through a Facebook ad. Since then, I've become a devoted customer. Their products are of excellent quality, and the website is easy to navigate, which makes ordering hassle-free. Moreover, their customer support is exceptional. They helped me quickly with a replacement process that was both effective and supportive. I am very happy with my experience and will surely return for future orders.

The lenses are of high quality; I wore them for the first time today and found them comfortable and non-drying. Truly worth the wait and every cent spent.
Moody Lenses had great customer service and response time. I had an issue and needed my order by Halloween and they made sure after choosing express shipping to ship it the same day and it’s already coming 4 days after I got express shipping. Quick response time and awesome company. Have ordered before and will order again
