They effectively misrepresent themselves as a UK company, but in reality, they are not. The product looks nice, but the quality falls far short of what was promised. They are drop shipping items, operating from Europe while being registered in another country, and provide a phone number linked to a completely different company. They sent a defective product and insist that their terms of service take precedence over UK Consumer Law, refusing to offer a refund or replacement. After I pointed out the relevant UK law, they stopped responding altogether. This feels like a complete scam.
