I ordered a backpack on July 30 and received a tracking number indicating it would ship in a month. When the date came, the expected arrival was still in the past. Despite sending 8 emails to the support team, there was no action. They kept saying, 'just wait, it will arrive.' This company is NOT legitimate. They are scamming you, keeping your money, and never sending anything. DO NOT FALL FOR IT! STAY AWAY!
