Theft is the only description

I ordered a backpack on July 30 and received a tracking number indicating it would ship in a month. When the date came, the expected arrival was still in the past. Despite sending 8 emails to the support team, there was no action. They kept saying, 'just wait, it will arrive.' This company is NOT legitimate. They are scamming you, keeping your money, and never sending anything. DO NOT FALL FOR IT! STAY AWAY!

The entire shop is a scam. I should have recognized this when the prices seemed too good to be true. I firmly believe that karma will eventually catch up with these people. The worst thing you can do is support your family with stolen money. Misfortune will come unexpectedly due to your actions.
