I bought the package few months ago and was about to put it together when I figure out there’s something wrong with one of the parts. Got super irritated (which is quite easy being 9 months pregnant) and contacted Moonboon. The answer time was like 30 minutes. It turned out the part I had was just not fitting and they’ve sent me a new one. It got to my doorstep in under 16h. If that’s not good service I don’t know what is. Thank you Moonboon team!
