I ordered on December 1st for delivery to Norway, expecting it within 2-3 days. After 3 weeks, I still have no tracking information or delivery estimate. I doubt it will arrive for Christmas, which is very disappointing. I wish there had been transparency about the long delivery times so I could have considered other options. Overall, this has been a deeply unsatisfactory experience.

I regret my purchase due to the unacceptable customer service and lack of clear instructions. I reached out multiple times with a critical safety question about which spring to use, but received no response whatsoever. For a company selling baby products, this lack of care is alarming. Additionally, the setup instructions are unclear, with only one brief YouTube video available, which is inadequate for a product impacting a baby's safety. The delivery also took nearly two weeks despite a promised timeframe of 2-4 business days. Customer service responses were slow and unhelpful, offering no real support. This level of service is not what one expects from a brand claiming to prioritize safety and quality.
We chose this product for its premium quality and expected quick delivery, but our experience has been the opposite. Only one of two packages was delivered, and despite confirmation from the carrier that the second was never picked up, we had to repeatedly contact customer support without receiving a clear update. The package has been stuck for over a week with no confirmed delivery date, which has been very stressful for us as parents of newborn twins. We suggested a simple solution, but it was not offered, even though the shipping error was evident. For a premium product, this service is disappointing, and we are considering canceling the order.
