I would give zero stars if possible. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! Use a different website if you really want a pair. Ordered boots November 2023, and I returned them one week later. I have sent numerous emails inquiring the status of my return. Excuse after excuse. Today I received an email stating that the state of the shoes does not align with their return standards. I never once wore the shoes. Didn’t even take them out of the box because I didn’t like the style in person. Called customer service to dispute their claim. The representative was extremely rude and disrespectful. No refund and they have the shoes. How is this not theft?
