They do not even receive one star! I ordered shoes that are to small - I did not receive a order confirmation and no return label! I contacted the customer service more than 6 times no reaction to any email. Basically I‘m stuck - worst customer service experience ever. Contacted my payment provider now to get help. This was my first and last time that I ordered at moonboot
I ordered a pair of boots and after online payment haven't received any e-mail confirmation neither an invoice. I contacted costumer care and haven't got any response. # days after received ordered boots that are too small and I want to change them for bigger size but ... I the box there was no invpice, no return label neither Order number and since I haven't got any e-mail confirmation, I don't have any clue aboout Order number that is obligatory for exchange. Contacting them as crazy but they are not responding. We are stuck with to small pair and can't neither retrurn them neither exchange them since we didn't get any invoice neither order number. So disappointed with customer service of brand as "Moon boot".
They are scammers from Italy. Do not purchase anything it is not an official website in the uk. Ok. This is my edited comment here second time as they answered that they are the official moonboots in the uk. Pls people, check the link that they shared underneath my comment. They say I can contact with their customer service!!!! Pls, call that customer service number that they provided on their system, it is not working! I wish we could share a screenshot here to show you guys even when you send an email through their website, it gives an error because they are scammers!!! I can’t believe klarna is working for them!!
On December 20th, I purchased a pair of boots (order MB00017995).At the beginning of January, I returned the product following the company’s instructions.Shortly afterwards, I received an email confirming that the refund had been processed. However, the money has never been credited to my bank account.Since then, I have sent several emails without receiving any response. I also contacted customer service by phone, where I was told that the refund had supposedly been issued and I asked for written proof or a refund confirmation. I never received any documentation, nor the refund itself.Weeks later, the situation remains unresolved: no money, no proof of payment, and no replies to my emails.This has been a very disappointing experience. A brand of this level should handle returns and refunds in a transparent and professional way. Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend purchasing from this company.
The amount of negative feedback shows how miserable this brand is and doesn’t care about their customers, even if reviews fake its crazy how they dont have nice reviews, decided to check reviews and was shocked, wanted to order one pair but now I’m scared. Do better
Bought first pair of moon boots in November. Less than two months later the sole has detached. Moon boot claims it is user error and want replace. Come on. Never have I experienced the sole to come off when they basically are new. Bad customer service. Go to another brand.
