Scandalous, bought a pair of boots as Christmas present for £190. Postage was not included so I paid £10 on top. This was on the 7th of December.They never sent the order out only after I chased them almost a week after paying. On the 27th of December I am still waiting, of course this has not been a Christmas present now. All they have done is refunded the £10 postage so I was robbed £190 and my reputation as a partner as I could not afford another Christmas present! Thank you MoonBoot!
