Refusing to give me a refund after I bought two pairs to try on at home. They’re saying one pair doesn’t meet their return requirements. I tried them on at home and I only tried one shoe on, since I felt they were over priced and cheap I didn’t even bother to try on the other shoe. Because I dare try the shoe on in the comfort Of my home they’re saying they’re used and refuse to refund me. Lucky the bank has now dealt with this.
