We received a trike that was not a complete package. Took over two months for them to send fender, fender brackets, replace monitor screen that did not work, and fender lights. The communication team was excellent, however, the arrival of the parts, with sending detailed pictures of what was missing, took too much time to finally have a fully assembled trike.
