Overall my experience was great. Replacement parts were sent to us as part of the warranty. Turns out the issue was something completely different in which we were told to take to our local repair shop and that we would be reimbursed. $150 diagnostic fee from the shop to find the root problem in which we were NEVER reinbursed. Was told that they were worried about sustainability and profitabilty over honering their word and warranty. Given we had been sent three different parts for repair I'd say that is more than generous.
The customer service response was prompt, courteous, and highly professional. All my TK1 concerns, including brake issues and digital display errors, were addressed within hours after I submitted my videos. Replacement parts and shipping were provided at no cost. Although this is my first review, I've previously requested parts, and my experience was just as positive about a year ago. The company is certainly heading in the right direction!
