Overall my experience was great. Replacement parts were sent to us as part of the warranty. Turns out the issue was something completely different in which we were told to take to our local repair shop and that we would be reimbursed. $150 diagnostic fee from the shop to find the root problem in which we were NEVER reinbursed. Was told that they were worried about sustainability and profitabilty over honering their word and warranty. Given we had been sent three different parts for repair I'd say that is more than generous.
