Absolutely terrible customer service

Absolutely terrible customer service. As with many of the reviews here, I bought 3 sweaters and asked to send back 2. The delivery of the order also went completely wrong stating that the sweaters had been delivered when they had not and I had to track this down for days.I requested a refund (ridiculous) on the 19th April. They everntually said yes to the request. I sent back the sweaters on the 25th April and they were received by the company on the 29th April. Today is the 16th May and I have still not receieved my refund.I have emailed the company multiple times with evidence of the received delivery.This is such a scam. They have about 140 euros of mine which they are not refunding, it is day light robbery.Please do not buy from this company, they need to be reported and shut down.In response to the company's response below which I cannot seem to respond to, my order was received by you 17 days ago, which exceeds the 14 day returns policy, and NO I have not received a refund.I have also NOT received an email from in response to 5 emails asking for my refund and you have completely ignored me until you saw my comment on here.How do you have the time to find a review about your company and respond. Yet don't have the time to respond to an email directly sent to your company inbox?Your business is shameful and needs to be inspected. You withhold people's money from them and completely ignore them when they try to contact you.
