Very disappointing experience

This is a scam.

I placed and paid for an order 21 days ago. A few days later, I inquired about my order status. They responded that they would update me soon, but I've since sent two more messages with no replies. I'm so frustrated with companies like this that deceive customers.

No updates, no delivery

I placed an order and only got a confirmation email, with no further updates. Their customer service is terrible; they don’t respond or resolve issues. They promised delivery on Wednesday, but nothing arrived. I will not be ordering from them again and may seek legal action.

Not as good as it used to be

Sadly, it's not as good as before. I ordered some clothes a year ago and was very happy with the fast delivery and quality. However, after ordering a bikini and a skirt on July 7th, I received immediate confirmation but no shipping info. They responded quickly but without useful information. My package shipped on July 24th, arriving today—one whole month later instead of the expected 4-6 days! I was disappointed with the quality; the zipper on the skirt was broken upon arrival. Not what I expected for a 60€ skirt. I won’t order here again.

Beware, it's a scam - no order received

I ordered a sweater on July 1st and still have not received anything. Multiple emails went unanswered. The tracking number indicates UPS hasn’t received the package. Poor communication, no delivery, no refund—it feels like a scam. I do not recommend ordering from this brand.

Still waiting for my order

As many have mentioned, it’s been over a month since I placed my order (June 30th). They took my money, sent a confirmation email, and nothing else. I emailed for an update, and they promised delivery by the end of the week (July 18th), but I'm still waiting. If I don’t hear back soon, I will consider legal options.
