I ordered a card for my 5-year-old daughter, but it came without an envelope. When I contacted customer support, they informed me that it was stated in the fine print that a spare envelope isn't included if the card is addressed to myself. I had to address it to myself since my daughter lives with me. It's disappointing that they couldn't include a simple envelope. I don't have the time to shop for one now. I've been using this service for years, but I won't be coming back.
