Review Time
Well this doesn't surprise me. Last time my granny received a bloke's cheeky apron. Not from us of course. Didn't know where her gift was took ages and she had to return the erroneous gift. Proving it well that's another story. This time I ordered a card last week. Choose a date of arrival it said. 2nd March. Has it arrived no of course not then you get their AI going on about a window and it arriving tomorrow. I didn't select 3rd March. Utter rubbish. My niece hasn't received her card and I spent a bit. Wasted money. Never using them again. Delete Delete Delete. Utterly upset!
Received a reminder to create a card for Valentine's day. Scrolled thro my photos to find one I liked, selected it but it didn't get added to the card I was personalising.
Went thro the painful process again, added stickers, text and hit 'done' then accidentally hit the back button to close the text box. Thought OK I'll find it as a draft, so why having almost completed the card was I left with a completely blank draft?!
Too much hassle, I'll buy a card from a shop.
I ordered chocolates that had a shelf life of less than 2 weeks. The only response I received from the customer service representative was that they were fine after that and that they were discounted. While they were discounted, there was no indication that the best before date would be in less than 2 weeks. I wish I had read the reviews before making my purchase. I won't be using this service again.

WARNING. AVOID ORDERING FLOWERS FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered what I thought was a beautiful bouquet for my mother's birthday. They were left on the doorstep very late, without any knock or doorbell. They arrived half dead and were about half the size shown online. When I contacted support, I was told to move them to another room and wait for a few days for them to perk up. That won't happen since they are half dead and nothing like the photo. I'm extremely disappointed and embarrassed to have sent them. Customer service was terrible. I will never order from this company again.
I am very dissatisfied. My husband received a sympathy card about his mother passing, but she died five years ago, and he had never heard of the sender. We tried to contact the company to inform them of the mistake, but there was no way to reach them—no phone, no email, no chat. Just a black screen when we tried to access anything. This is disgraceful. It's a clear mistake, and someone is suffering; this card could have helped. I have used this company before, but I will not do so again. If you can't communicate with a service that takes your money, they aren't worth your time.
I ordered seven Christmas cards with messages, but when my son called to ask about a card, he found it was blank. I checked my account and saw that all were blank. When I contacted customer service, they said nothing could be done since they were already sent. They suggested I reorder, which would cost me nearly £80 for seven cards. As a pensioner, that’s too much. I’m sharing this to warn others to double-check, as it seems they don't. Seven people will receive cards from no one. Lesson learned, I won't be using this service again.
What has happened to this company? I’ve used them for years with only minor issues, but now it's a different story. I ordered a deal for five Christmas cards and a birthday card for my mum, but none arrived. My mum's birthday has passed, and I had to rush to a store. I chose this service for convenience and customization, but I won't be using them anymore. There’s no staff available for questions, and I’m still waiting for a response from their 'live' chat after 24 hours! It's very poor service and communication. Such a shame after all these years; they have really declined.
