I am very dissatisfied. My husband received a sympathy card about his mother passing, but she died five years ago, and he had never heard of the sender. We tried to contact the company to inform them of the mistake, but there was no way to reach them—no phone, no email, no chat. Just a black screen when we tried to access anything. This is disgraceful. It's a clear mistake, and someone is suffering; this card could have helped. I have used this company before, but I will not do so again. If you can't communicate with a service that takes your money, they aren't worth your time.
