I ordered seven Christmas cards with messages, but when my son called to ask about a card, he found it was blank. I checked my account and saw that all were blank. When I contacted customer service, they said nothing could be done since they were already sent. They suggested I reorder, which would cost me nearly £80 for seven cards. As a pensioner, that’s too much. I’m sharing this to warn others to double-check, as it seems they don't. Seven people will receive cards from no one. Lesson learned, I won't be using this service again.
