I will never again use Moonpig as my card provider service. After spending nearly 2 hours creating and customising 11 cards I made a genuine mistake logging in to my account. For some reason I had been logged out of the app. However I coudlnt remember my login details. This resulted In me somehow managing to log into Moonpig using the wrong credentials. When I logged in with the correct credentials all my cards had vanished. So I contacted customer support in the hopes they could help. I was put through to Kitty who I have named because they thought it would be funny to essentially say there was nothing they could do. Then leave a remark saying next time I should check which account I'm logging in to first before cutting me off the chat. Due to medication I suffer from memory problems, I don't appreciate customer service operatives thinking they are clever with quippy remarks! Kitty I hope your manager sees this review. I will be deleting my Moonpig account and using a competitor going forwards!
