I ordered a card for my 5-year-old daughter, but it arrived without an envelope. When I reached out to customer support, they mentioned it was stated in the fine print that if the card is addressed to myself, a spare envelope isn't included. However, I had to address it to myself since my daughter lives with me. It's frustrating that they wouldn't include a simple envelope. Now I have no time to go out and buy one. I've been a customer for years, but I won't be returning.
