Terrible service. Selected express shipping for a backpack, that guaranteed 1-3 business day delivery, and the item took 15 days to arrive. No longer needing the item at that time, I requested a refund/return for the item (which they do not send return labels for), and have been getting the runaround on the refund for the past 2 weeks. May have to go through my bank to request a chargeback.
