I wish I had read the reviews fist. I ordered a few Labubus from them and although they are showing authentic images on their website its only Lafufu that arrives. Shame on this website. Do not order from them.

Avoid

Avoid - fake goods: I purchased what was advertised as a genuine Jellycat from their website. When it arrived, 3 weeks later, it was an obvious fake. They said it was a “problem at the warehouse” and would send another but that was 8 weeks ago. They have ignored all requests for a refund.

COMPLETE SCAM

This company and website should not even be getting one star they sell and advertise fake items they advertised a real jelly cat and what I got was fake and not real with no jelly cat labels this was in September and I am still waiting for a real one to arrive in it’s replacement oh and get this they want me to send the fake one back but spend £16 delivery to send it back PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ESPECIALLY AT THIS TIME OF YEAR (CHRISTMAS) AVOID THIS COMPANY!! They should be arrested in my eyes for advertising goods that they don’t deliver.

Terrible service

Terrible service. Selected express shipping for a backpack, that guaranteed 1-3 business day delivery, and the item took 15 days to arrive. No longer needing the item at that time, I requested a refund/return for the item (which they do not send return labels for), and have been getting the runaround on the refund for the past 2 weeks. May have to go through my bank to request a chargeback.

I was worried after ordering a Fuddlewuddle jellycat teddy and seeing these reviews. However, it has arrived (albeit after 2.5 weeks) and the Teddy is perfect - very soft and cute. It may not be authentic Jellycat but I don’t know, looks good to me!
