If I could give zero stars I would. Bought a Jellycat bunny and the wrong item was sent with clearly fake tags. Beige tag on a blue bunny. I contacted the company and every time they respond they said a replacement would be sent by 29 July. I purchased on 9 June. I have emailed over 20 times and there is always the same or similar response just using a different customer service name. I can’t even get a refund without posting it back which they know costs more than the item to Hong Kong. A complete rip off and waste of $70. I’m extremely disappointed and this is so wrong of companies to do this. Absolute scam and fake items.
