I placed an order for two sets of translation earbuds three and a half weeks ago, and I have received nothing. There has been no product delivery or communication from the seller. They only respond to emails with automated messages or ask me to pay for tracking, which I believe should be included with the purchase. I even found the same earbuds on another platform for a lower price and know I would have received them by now. This is a frustrating experience with a company that feels untrustworthy.
