It took some time for my package to arrive, but it was broken. Packaged in a flimsy cardboard box. That was disappointing. However, I contacted them through messenger from Facebook. I sent a photo of the broken item, and they immediately issued a refund. So, it's not a scam site. Emails are not answered in any great hurry, but messenger is answered straight away.
If I could give no stars I would. Their customer service is nonexistent. Do not expect proper product delivery. Do not expect anybody to return any emails. There is no phone number. They don’t care what they put out there. I paid for two sets of bracelets and only received one. I’ve heard nothing back after several attempts at reaching out to them for two months. I hope they get shut down. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM MOONYCOZY!!!
I placed an order for two sets of translation earbuds three and a half weeks ago, and I have received nothing. There has been no product delivery or communication from the seller. They only respond to emails with automated messages or ask me to pay for tracking, which I believe should be included with the purchase. I even found the same earbuds on another platform for a lower price and know I would have received them by now. This is a frustrating experience with a company that feels untrustworthy.

Stay away from this seller! I spent £30 on a WW2 advent calendar that took a month to arrive from overseas. The planes are so poorly made that they resemble cheap dog toys; it's more frustrating than funny. It's a complete rip-off. The customer service is non-existent, as emails go unanswered. As a consumer, there's no recourse...STAY AWAY!
I purchased a bathroom cleaning product that was advertised as foamy and magical, but what I got was a non-foamy detergent that barely cleans. After waiting three days for support, they offered a 30% refund while telling me to keep the item. I'm still waiting for further communication.
