I ordered Christmas cards and set the delivery date for December 7th. I confirmed all delivery dates, and after payment, I received confirmation that they would be delivered shortly after the order. I contacted them the next day, but by then, three had already been dispatched. They canceled the rest and credited my account for a reorder, which I attempted again this week, only to face the same issues. I won't be using this service again. After my pre-ordered birthday card for December is sent, I will not return, even though I considered signing up for their yearly plan.
