The ongoing use of 'guaranteed' delivery feels misleading based on this experience, and I am unhappy with the resolution. Overall, a very disappointing outcome, and I will not use this service again—there are better alternatives available!

Paid extra for delivery but nothing arrived

I paid extra for same-day delivery, but the item did not arrive. I advise against paying extra for delivery, as they take your money but fail to deliver. I will not be purchasing from this company again; this is not the first time I've been let down. When trying to chat with support, there is a long wait time. AVOID this service; there are better online companies out there.

Personalized card delivery failure

My personalized birthday card, created on November 24th without issues, was supposed to arrive by the date promised but did not arrive on either the 29th or 30th. I am very disappointed.

Frustrating ordering experience

I ordered Christmas cards and set the delivery date for December 7th. I confirmed all delivery dates, and after payment, I received confirmation that they would be delivered shortly after the order. I contacted them the next day, but by then, three had already been dispatched. They canceled the rest and credited my account for a reorder, which I attempted again this week, only to face the same issues. I won't be using this service again. After my pre-ordered birthday card for December is sent, I will not return, even though I considered signing up for their yearly plan.

Extremely poor service

I would rate this company zero for service, empathy, and customer support. They fail to deliver on their advertised claims. I ordered a card well in advance for Father's Day, but it did not arrive. Customer service offered to resend it, but I believe many fathers were disappointed. Trustpilot even asked me to take down my review, claiming it was about another company. It seems they have grown too large and partnered with unreliable delivery services.
