I have an UNAUTHORISED debit from my account. Who are these people and why am I getting charged.You have replied...but not actually followed through.. I still have debited money unlawfully from my account???? So what's next..Zero accountability for fraudulent use of my account. I have covered myself by cancelling all cards.. Still have zero idea who these people are..AVOID AT ALL COSTS
