I have never heard of them and just like another persons review Mootpay have been debiting my account $14.95 each month. Cannot get a response from their support team and no phone number to call. I saw the response to the other review saying they don't debit they help get money back but that is untrue as I am also getting a debit each month and I am definitely not a retailer.
