The support experience was extremely disappointing. We hired a contractor for a project costing over 2K, requiring a deposit of around 600. Unfortunately, the contractor was inexperienced and caused more damage than we could accept, leading us to terminate the contract. We submitted a complaint along with photos to the company but never received our deposit or any refund. Absolutely unacceptable!
