The support was extremely disappointing. We hired someone for a project that cost over 2K, requiring a deposit of about 600. The contractor was not skilled and caused more damage in just two days than we could accept, leading us to terminate the contract. We raised our concerns and sent photos to the company, but we never received our deposit or any refund. Truly frustrating!
Avoid this app at all costs. I downloaded it from the App Store, enticed by the high ratings. I scheduled a kitchen appointment with a worker who never showed up. Upon canceling, I was informed that a refund was only possible if I hadn't canceled. I assumed that by canceling and stating my reason, the refund would be automatic. Instead, they found a way to keep my money. They took €75 as a deposit, didn’t send anyone, and then tried to reschedule without accommodating my situation. To top it off, they offered a voucher for my own money for future use. After such a dreadful experience, I would never consider using their services again. It appears many others have faced similar issues.

The support from this company is virtually non-existent. I booked a handyman for my apartment renovation, but he ended up causing more issues than he resolved. He refused to leave until I paid him, despite the poor quality of work. I reached out to the company twice during business hours for assistance but received no help. Eventually, I had to pay just to get him out. After a week, I finally got a response stating they couldn't refund my €505 fee, claiming I should have contacted them the same day. When I showed proof of my attempts, they went silent again. I had to hire another handyman who corrected the mistakes, but the company insisted I should have waited for their response. They promise a reply within 48 hours, yet it took them a week. This has been the worst service I've ever encountered, and I've now involved my lawyer due to their refusal to take responsibility. I truly hope they feel ashamed of their actions.
The service was terrible. They charge 20% fees but take no responsibility for issues. One supplier failed to show up, and the company did nothing, while another did incomplete work, and again, the company was unresponsive, not even returning the 20% fees.
